Health Canada recalls the S1 Dry Flush Sealing Toilet (SKU CMP-S9901-W) and S1 Adapter Kit (SKU CMP-S9902) because the battery management system may fail to prevent charging when the cell temperature is at or below 0°C, potentially causing lithium plating and leading to an internal short circuit, thermal runaway, and fire risk.
