How Anthropic redesigned source code management for the Claude era: replacing git with its in-house Scion system

Anthropic developed Scion, an in-house version control system, and fully migrated its monorepo from git in five months. During the same period, it also launched Antique, a code review interface, along with code search and an IAM system for source code management.
