U.S. FCC Seeks Public Comment on Information Collection Burden
The U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on an information collection, with comments due by December 7, 2026. The FCC is asking whether the proposed information collection is necessary to perform the Commission’s functions, whether its burden estimates are accurate, and how automated collection technologies could reduce the burden on respondents. The FCC is also specifically seeking input on ways to further reduce the information collection burden on small businesses with fewer than 25 employees.
