Skip the iPhone 18 Pro? Redesigned “iPhone 20” launching next year

Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reports that Apple plans to launch an iPhone anniversary edition next year to mark the 20th anniversary, featuring curved glass that wraps around all four corners and edges and narrower screen bezels. It is described as the biggest redesign since the iPhone X. The iPhone 18 Pro has been released with an A20 Pro chip, a smaller Dynamic Island, a 48-megapixel main camera with a variable aperture, and a larger vapor chamber. Whether the 20th anniversary model can fully deliver on these design features remains to be seen.
