Cyprus property sales reach 13,288 contracts in eight months; Larnaca surges 35% in August, while Limassol declines

Cyprus recorded 13,288 sales contracts in the first eight months of 2026, up 13.7% year on year and the strongest start to an eight-month period on record. In August, 1,241 contracts were recorded, up 10% year on year.
