Observe.AI has launched Performance Agents, built on its CX Agentic platform, linking conversation analytics, behavior recognition, AI coaching, and performance measurement in a continuous loop. The platform supports tailored AI coaches for specific teams, roles, business lines, or groups, and coaching frameworks such as GROW, SMART, and IDEA. Every coaching plan must be reviewed, edited, and approved by a supervisor before it can be shared. The system does not make autonomous employment or performance decisions, and in applicable workflows it can reduce coaching preparation time to under 5 minutes.
