GSMA Intelligence and Huawei report: Bridging the digital literacy gap could add $3.5 trillion to global GDP

A report jointly published by GSMA Intelligence and Huawei says the digital divide, driven by gaps in digital skills, user trust and AI literacy, affects 3.1 billion people. Bridging this capability gap could add approximately $3.5 trillion to global GDP by 2030, with more than 90% of the gains going to low- and middle-income countries.
