Datarails launches Desk, the first ticketing system built specifically for finance teams

Datarails has launched Datarails Desk, a ticketing system designed for finance teams. It automatically brings invoices, payments, contracts, and vendor records into tickets, while built-in AI agents draft replies based on financial data for human review before they are sent. Built on the FinanceOS data layer, Desk connects directly to systems such as ERP, HRIS, and CRM platforms. It supports automated routing and SLAs, team permissions, and SOX-level audit trails, and is now available.
