Gates Launches IntraLogix™ LRB-100 Warehouse Conveyor Belt, Expanding Its Warehouse Automation Product Line

Gates has introduced the IntraLogix™ LRB-100 live roller belt for warehouse and distribution center conveyors. Its homogeneous polyurethane construction replaces traditional fabric construction and eliminates V-guide delamination. In testing, belt life increased by more than 5×, elongation decreased by about 75%, abrasion resistance improved by about 80%, average drive tension fell by 73%, and weld strength increased by about 24%. The product is now available in the United States, with international availability to follow. It joins the IntraLogix lineup alongside the LRB-45 and LRB-77.
