Amway Sues Amazon Seller Bregener Store for Alleged Trademark Infringement

On September 2, 2026, Amway sued Amazon seller Bregener Store LLC and its operator, Jean Bregener Louis, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, alleging trademark infringement.
