HMRC updates the list of software suppliers for the UK Excise Movement and Control System (EMCS)

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) updated the list of commercial software suppliers for the UK Excise Movement and Control System (EMCS) on 2 October 2026, following its previous update on 25 September. The guide was first published on 1 January 2014. An earlier version, published in February 2025, removed the description of the IE825 function because the new UK EMCS no longer provides this function.
