Talogy Caliper Profile assessment tool cited in new book on workplace resilience research

Talogy’s Caliper Profile assessment tool was cited as the foundation for workplace resilience research in Thin-Skinned, a new book published by the American Bar Association. Based on 30 years and 4.5 million Caliper assessments, the book finds that lawyers’ average resilience score is just 30%, compared with 50% for the general public. It offers three organizational insights: identifying risks early, distinguishing individual performance from leadership, and using evidence-based interventions.
