Autoliv launches Human Body Model safety suite to advance virtual testing, with Toyota as its first customer

Autoliv has launched the Human Body Model (HBM) Safety Suite, a virtual safety platform that combines advanced human body models with simulation analysis and visualization tools to assess crash scenarios that are difficult to reproduce physically. Toyota is the first customer to come on board and evaluate the platform’s capabilities. Autoliv plans to make the platform more widely available across the industry in 2026.
