Amazon France requires sellers to register their SIREN on a certified platform to receive electronic invoices
Starting September 1, 2026, France requires all domestic B2B transactions to issue electronic invoices through a certified platform (PA). Businesses established in France must register their SIREN (French VAT number) with a certified platform and enter it in the VAT settings of Amazon Seller Central in order to receive electronic invoices for subscription fees and service fees, such as the Professional selling plan subscription fee and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service fees.
After France’s new B2B e-invoicing rules take effect, sellers registered in France need to register their SIREN on the certification platform and sync the backend; otherwise, this may affect their ability to obtain invoices for subscription and service fees.
