NVIDIA adjusts DLSS 5 rendering, making character faces in Hogwarts Legacy look more natural

NVIDIA adjusted DLSS 5 ahead of its launch in Hogwarts Legacy. New comparison images show character faces and the environment looking closer to the original. The March demo had drawn criticism for changing characters’ appearances. DLSS 5 will arrive in Hogwarts Legacy on November 5 and in Where Winds Meet in late November. The new model is 24% smaller, with about 118 million parameters; 4K VRAM usage is down 20%, and performance is twice that of the September version. A frame generation performance mode is entering testing, with gains of up to 35%.
