Basware completes its acquisition of Trustpair, connecting financial integrity from invoice to payment

Basware has completed its acquisition of Trustpair, a payment fraud prevention platform. Trustpair will continue to operate independently, retaining its open ecosystem and existing customer contracts. The integration will connect invoice lifecycle management with payment verification, reaching more than 6,500 Basware customers. The companies plan to combine Basware’s 2.5 billion invoices and data on 20 million suppliers with Trustpair’s fraud intelligence.
