The voluntary public takeover offer for Nagarro by Galaxy Germany Holding SE, a subsidiary of Persistent, has closed, with acceptances totaling approximately 94.04% of Nagarro’s share capital and voting rights, excluding treasury shares, well above the minimum acceptance threshold of 50% plus one share.
