Spirox launches the SP7000G high-speed TGV crack inspection system, supporting mass-production inspection of glass substrates

Spirox launches the SP7000G high-speed TGV crack inspection system, which can scan an entire 510 mm × 515 mm glass substrate in under 20 minutes and detect internal microcracks after metallization and ABF build-up processes. The system targets Glass Core and TGV mass production and complements the SP8000G, covering R&D, quality control, and production inspection.
