iOS 27 brings two new features to the Apple TV Remote app

In the iOS 27 release candidate, Apple redesigned the virtual Apple TV Remote and added two hidden features: tapping the four-square button in the top-right corner opens the app menu, where you can quickly select and launch Apple TV apps; swiping down from the top of the virtual trackpad brings up the Apple TV Top Shelf carousel, which shows your watchlist and programs you’ve started watching. Starting with iOS 27, you can also add the virtual remote back to your iPhone Home Screen; it’s no longer limited to Control Center.
