Announcement on Amazon’s Netherlands marketplace: Austria imposes a €2 parcel tax on B2C orders

Starting October 1, 2026, Austria’s Parcel Tax Act took effect, imposing a fixed €2 tax on every B2C order delivered to Austria. The total, including tax, is €2.40. The tax applies to FBA and FBM orders from the Amazon France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and UK marketplaces.
