Adobe report: AI-assisted shopping may reduce e-commerce return rates

Adobe’s *AI Traffic Trends Report*, published in August 2026, found that in its July 2026 survey of 5,000 U.S. consumers, 69% of respondents who had used AI for online shopping said they were less likely to return items purchased with AI assistance, while 77% said AI assistants made them more confident in their purchases.
