Airties launches Aura: an Agentic AI engine for connectivity intelligence

Airties has launched Aura, an Agentic AI engine that can autonomously diagnose and fix connectivity issues in homes and small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) throughout the customer lifecycle. Aura is powered by Airties’ AI/ML connectivity intelligence, built on more than 50 million connected homes and businesses. It supports governed autonomous actions, role-tailored responses, integration with platforms such as Careview, and human-in-the-loop governance. Turknet is the first operator to deploy Aura on its existing Airties Home platform.
