Curtis International and Kenmore Sign Exclusive Licensing Agreement to Expand North American Appliance Line

Curtis International and Kenmore have entered into an exclusive licensing agreement under which Curtis International will manufacture, distribute, and sell Kenmore-branded appliances in North America, covering categories such as refrigeration, small kitchen appliances, and commercial appliances. The first products are expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2026, with additional categories to be added over time.
