Spain’s AEAT publishes new form for submitting additional data files under Article 163 of RDCAU

The Spanish Tax Agency’s electronic office has published a new form for submitting an additional data file with a customs declaration when applying for simplified authorisation for special procedures other than transit. The form has been updated in line with the new Annex A to RDCAU. AEAT says the new template must be used from now on. The source does not disclose the form number, effective date or other details.
