Thai property developer Amata bets on Laos: CEO Vikrom Kromadit says Laos will become its biggest focus

Amata CEO Vikrom Kromadit, the Thai industrial property developer, said Laos would become the company’s “biggest focus” over the next several years, citing the country’s land reserves and green energy. Amata entered Laos in 2022. Its first project, Amata City Namor, covers 31.5 square kilometers and is adjacent to a station on the China–Laos Railway. The company says its long-term vision could extend to 200 square kilometers.
