Planet Zoo 2 launches on all platforms: aquariums and aviaries arrive seven years later

Frontier Developments released Planet Zoo 2 simultaneously on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S on October 13. The Standard Edition costs $49.99, while the Deluxe Edition costs $64.99 and includes six additional animal species. For the first time, the game adds aquariums and walkthrough aviaries, and replaces the original welfare stats with the emotion-based Dynamic Needs system. The new wildlife sanctuary mode requires players to release animals into their natural habitats.
