Used cars continue to dominate Cyprus’s car market as new vehicle registrations decline

Cyprus recorded 38,564 motor vehicle registrations in the first eight months of 2026, up 11.2% year over year. Used vehicle registrations rose 22.7% to 23,923, while new vehicle registrations fell 3.4% to 14,641.
