Harmonic launches cOS SensAI broadband operations intelligence fabric

Harmonic has introduced cOS SensAI, a vendor-agnostic, software-driven intelligence fabric that unifies heterogeneous data from any source across broadband operator networks into a single information layer. Analysys Mason estimates its annual addressable market among small and midsize broadband service providers in its target markets at approximately $2.2 billion. Hotwire Communications and GCI say they are already using the product in their live networks to shorten fault localization times and reduce repeat trouble tickets.
