Privacy notice
This notice describes the data currently processed by Blues19 News.

1. Local browser data
Saved articles, reading history, theme preferences and feedback drafts stay in your current browser. They are not sent to the server. Clearing browser data removes them, and they do not sync between devices. You can export and import saved data on the Saved page.
2. Feedback
Submitted feedback, an optional email, the current page address and any attached screenshot are stored on the server to handle your request. An identifier derived from the network address and browser category is used to prevent abuse. Derived identifiers are not a guarantee of anonymity.
3. First-party visitor statistics
We aggregate page views, daily deduplicated visitors and activity within the last five minutes for the Blues19 main site and news site. Only a daily HMAC identifier derived from network and browser information is stored in the visitor table, without raw IP addresses or user-agent strings. Daily visitor totals accumulate daily distinct identifiers and do not represent distinct natural persons across days.
Page query strings, search terms, form inputs and feedback text are not stored in visitor statistics. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Daily HMAC identifiers are cleaned up after 35 days; aggregate historical statistics are retained. There is no fabricated historical traffic.
4. Server and network logs
The site runs on Muse AI Server with Cloudflare for HTTPS and network forwarding. These services may keep IP addresses, access times, page addresses and browser information for security and troubleshooting according to their own configurations and retention rules.
5. Third-party content
Articles retain source links and summaries. Following a source link takes you to another website, whose privacy policy applies.
6. Contact
Use the feedback page to request access, correction or deletion of feedback you submitted. Feedback remains in the database until a request is handled or the operator removes it. Avoid passwords, payment data and other unnecessary sensitive information.
