Galileo Resources 完成向 Sandfire 出售两处 Kalahari 铜矿许可的最终条件

Galileo Resources plc 确认，以300万美元向 Sandfire Resources 全资子公司 Metal Capital Exploration 出售两处 Kalahari Copper Belt 许可的所有先决条件已满足，交易预计于2026年9月30日前后完成。该交易最初于2026年6月15日达成，Sandfire 担任购买方担保人。
