Amazon FBA Partial Refunds Can Now Be Configured by Return Reason
The Amazon FBA Partial Refund program now lets sellers in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Canada select eligible return reasons, allowing qualifying customers to receive a partial refund and keep the item. Sellers can set different refund percentages by return reason for all ASINs, with up to three configurations. They can also upload an Excel file specifying products, return reasons, and refund percentages. Products or reasons not included will continue to follow the standard returns process.
Setting different partial refund percentages by return reason, while keeping the standard returns process for products and reasons not included, gives sellers more flexibility to manage return shipping and processing costs.
