Amazon FBA Partial Refunds Can Now Be Configured by Return Reason

Amazon has made partial refunds based on return reasons available to FBA sellers on its US, UK, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Canadian marketplaces. Sellers can set different refund percentages by return reason for all ASINs, with up to three configurations, or upload an Excel file specifying which products and return reasons each configuration applies to. Products or reasons not included will continue through the standard returns process.
