EU Cyber Resilience Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, corrigendum published

The Official Journal of the European Union published a corrigendum to the Cyber Resilience Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, concerning the definition of “distributor” in Article 3(17), point (c) of the third subparagraph of Article 14(7), and the titles of Articles 21 and 22. It changes “placing products on the EU market” to “making products with digital elements available on the EU market” and consistently replaces “manufacturer” with “producer.”
