Amazon’s new Seller Central launches a returns and recoupment insights tool

Amazon’s returns and recovery insights tool is now available in the new Seller Central. It can monitor returns performance data for both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and seller-fulfilled orders, including key return metrics, top return reasons, and recommended actions. The Returns tab added a Low tier to its return frequency badges. Low means Frequently Kept, High means Frequently Returned, and At Risk means the item is nearing the Frequently Returned threshold.
