Amazon FBA partial refunds can now be configured by return reason

Amazon’s FBA Partial Refunds program now lets sellers configure partial refunds by return reason. Sellers in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Canada can choose which return reasons qualify for partial refunds. On the FBA Partial Refunds settings page, sellers can enable the feature for all ASINs and set different refund rates by return reason, with up to three configurations, or upload an Excel file specifying applicable rates for particular products and return reasons. Products or reasons not included will continue through the standard returns process.
