Amazon FBA partial refunds can be configured by return reason in seven countries: the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Canada

Amazon has introduced an option for sellers using FBA in the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Canada to configure partial refunds by return reason. Sellers can set different refund percentages by return reason for all ASINs (up to three configurations), or upload an Excel file to set percentages for specified ASINs and return reasons. Unspecified cases will continue through the standard returns process. Amazon automatically reviews eligibility for partial refunds based on customer information and purchase history. Customers who do not qualify must return the item as usual.
